About Studio 25
Studio 25 is an AI-assisted product creative service operated by AgentMinds. The current service is a private preview that can create campaign images, short product videos, draft scripts and social captions. Features, providers, limits and availability may change during testing.
Accounts and access
You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in methods secure. Private preview access is personal to the invited user or team. Do not share access publicly, attempt to bypass account or preview controls, automate excessive requests or interfere with the service.
Plans and billing
Studio 25 currently presents Free, Starter and Business plans for the private beta. Paid checkout is not active and creating an account does not start a paid subscription. Prices, allowances, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation and refund information will be confirmed before paid plans are enabled.
Your uploads and instructions
You keep ownership of product images, brand material and instructions you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process them. You give AgentMinds and its service providers a limited permission to process that material only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested service.
Generated outputs
Subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, you may use outputs created for you for lawful business and commercial purposes. AI outputs can be inaccurate, resemble existing material, alter packaging details or produce results that are not unique. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them and for checking trademarks, copyright, advertising claims, product accuracy and platform rules.
Prohibited use
Do not use Studio 25 to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful content; impersonate another brand or person; upload personal or confidential information without authority; make false placement or endorsement claims; distribute malware; or probe, overload or reverse engineer the service.
Generation providers and credits
Images and videos are generated through Kie AI models. Scripts and captions are generated through OpenRouter models. A request may use provider credits even if the result is delayed, rejected or unsuitable. During the private preview, credit availability and usage limits may be changed or suspended to prevent unexpected cost or abuse.
Saving and exporting work
The studio can restore a campaign draft from the browser used to create it. Lightweight generation activity and usage records may be stored in Google Sheets, but this is not a permanent asset library. Provider links may expire, browsers may clear local data and unfinished tasks may become unavailable. Download finished assets promptly and keep your own backup.
Brand and website content
The Studio 25 name, interface, visual identity, site copy and demonstration media are owned by or licensed to AgentMinds. These terms do not permit copying, reselling or publishing the service itself or its branded materials.
Availability
The private preview is provided on an “as available” basis. Generation providers can be slow, unavailable or change their models without notice. AgentMinds may pause access, remove abusive material, change limits or end the preview. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every output will meet a particular creative or commercial purpose.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentMinds is not responsible for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages, expired provider links, lost browser drafts, provider outages, or decisions made from unreviewed AI output. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how uploads, prompts, technical data and locally saved campaigns are handled.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply to future use.
