Who operates Studio 25
Studio 25 is an AI-assisted product creative service operated by AgentMinds. It creates campaign images, short product videos, draft scripts and social captions from materials and instructions supplied by users.
Information you provide
- Account information such as your email address, name, authentication method and session identifiers.
- Product photographs and optional reference angles.
- Product names, selected creative treatments, prompts and edited video scripts.
- Brand guidelines and information included in caption requests.
- Messages or requests you send to the privacy contact.
Do not upload confidential material, personal data about another person, or content you do not have permission to use.
Generated content and campaign drafts
The studio stores campaign settings, task identifiers, scripts, captions and generated-asset links in your browser so a refresh can restore the draft on that device. You can remove this information with “Clear saved campaign” in the studio or by clearing the site data in your browser. Uploaded files and generated links may remain with the generation provider for a limited period under that provider’s retention practices.
How we use information
We use submitted material to provide the requested creative generation, restore your local draft, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, improve the workflow and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
- Clerk provides account registration, email verification, sign-in, session management and account security.
- Kie AI receives product images, creative prompts and references to create images and videos using the selected models.
- OpenRouter receives product descriptions, creative direction and brand guidance to create scripts and captions.
- Vercel hosts and delivers the application and may process request logs, IP addresses and technical diagnostics.
- Google Sheets stores lightweight account-linked activity records such as generation type, format, model, quantity and provider task identifiers. Generated files are not stored in the Sheet.
These providers may process information in other countries and apply their own security, retention and legal obligations.
Cookies and access control
Clerk uses strictly necessary cookies and related browser storage to create and protect account sessions. A private preview may also use an HTTP-only access cookie. These controls are not used for advertising. Campaign drafts use browser local storage.
Retention and security
Studio 25 does not currently maintain a permanent server-side asset library. Download finished assets promptly because provider links can expire. Lightweight generation activity is retained in a private Google Sheet for service operation and usage tracking. We use server-only API keys, request validation, account access and transport security where available. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can clear the saved browser campaign at any time, avoid optional fields, download assets before their links expire, and request access, correction or deletion of personal information held by AgentMinds. Provider-held material may also be subject to the relevant provider’s processes and legal requirements.
Children
Studio 25 is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this notice as storage, accounts, payments or providers are added. The date above identifies the current version.
